Working on the computer all day I’ve got tennis elbow and golf elbow. It’s taking months to heal, but your video excersise should help.
Thanks for the exercises – very helpful.

Hi David,
Tennis and golf elbow are very common RSI injuries,
You must make sure you have good and padded elbow support.
Please consider the ergocloud, as an alternative for elbow support.
